Upcoming Projects
- Reef Cove Resort :
Located at False Cape, approx. 10kms from Cairns, this Resort will cater for almost 1,500 EP ranging from Townhouses and residential units to a 250 room Resort Hotel Complex.
- Midge Point Resort :
Situated in the Mackay area and will eventually cater for approx. 1,700 EP with facilities ranging from caravan park and holiday cabins to traditional housing sites
- Mary Cairncross Park:
This scenic reserve at Maleny is a very small project – approx. 14 EP – but it is a significant acknowledgement of the environmental worth of the K.E.W.T. system
- Cubby Educational Centre:
Part of the Caboolture Shire Council, this project will cater for approx. 42 EP for existing pre school and future after school care
